Additionally, you’ll have two planning meetings, a custom timeline, and 12 hours of wedding day coverage with Hanna and an assistant onsite. When the day arrives, we're right there with you. Perfect for couples seeking a guiding partner from proposal to wedding day, this package includes in-depth planning and expert vendor coordination throughout. With four planning meetings, up to four vendor meetings, and unlimited support, we stay closely involved to align every detail with your vision, values, and budget. From florist to photographer, we walk with you through key decisions and on wedding day, Hanna and an assistant are onsite for up to 14 hours to ensure everything unfolds with clarity, care, and calm.

Our most hands-on offering, this package is ideal for couples who want to hand off the details and stay focused on the joy. From vendor research and booking to full communication on your behalf, we carry your vision with clarity and care. You’ll still make the key decisions...we’ll handle the legwork. With up to eight vendor meetings and 14 hours onsite, Hanna and an assistant guide your day from first delivery to final farewell with calm, intention, and complete dedication.
