Led three annual USDA-funded agriculture conferences bringing together 500+ attendees from across Louisiana. Directed full-scale event execution across pre-conference tour logistics, multi-track programming, a 50+ vendor expo, and an evening reception. Partnered closely with board leadership to oversee execution and implement year-over-year operational improvements as attendance grew during tenure.

Led on-site operations and venue execution for three annual statewide conventions held at the Golden Nugget Lake Charles, serving 300+ surveyors and industry exhibitors from across Louisiana. The convention provided continuing education programming for attendees statewide. Directed venue coordination, BEO and catering logistics, exhibitor communication, signage production, and subcontractor management. Served as primary on-site point of contact, ensuring session transitions, speaker readiness, and overall flow throughout the three-day event.

Led expo operations for a statewide convention serving 1,000+ attendees at the Randolph Riverfront Center. Served as primary point of contact for 70+ exhibitors and sponsors, overseeing floor layout, load-in/load-out scheduling, and on-site support throughout the multi-day event. Supported sponsor fulfillment and coordinated engagement elements to ensure strong exhibitor visibility and attendee interaction.

Supported the Director of Communications in the planning and execution of two annual Foundation symposiums. The 2024 30th Anniversary Symposium, held at the Holiday Inn Downtown Alexandria, focused on Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare and featured a keynote address by CBS Sunday Morning correspondent David Pogue. Oversaw the 36-grantee showcase, coordinating directly with each grantee to ensure booth readiness and deliverables, while assisting with overall logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution for a 350-member audience.
In 2025, supported the Foundation’s Annual Symposium at the Hotel Bentley Ballroom focused on Economic Development. Assisted with vendor communication, catering logistics, presentation coordination, and schedule management for a 200+ attendee audience featuring state and regional leadership.
Supported the launch and execution of a three-day annual conference serving 600 attendees at the Randolph Riverfront Center. Led ticketing system setup and managed the Shopify merchandise platform both online and on-site. Served as sole lead for merchandise operations, overseeing inventory, payment processing, volunteer coordination, and post-event reporting.

Lead full-scale coordination for weddings ranging from intimate ceremonies to large, multi-vendor celebrations. Oversee structured preparation in the final months leading up to the event, managing vendor alignment, timeline development, rehearsal direction, and seamless ceremony-to-reception execution.
